The hondata website has tons of links to information on tuning hondata, and what is needed. I'm new to the site, but have been reading all the material and now as I'm begining to tune myself. It's all making sense.

Just like TuboCharged_Civic advised, Go to the downloads section. Downloead all the manuals and read, read and read some more! The staff at Honda wrote it in plain english. Did I mention to read the manuals.

P.S. RTFM
