B18C1, built thinking about running it N/A prior to boosting

GSR HEAD
Ferrera valve train, Skunk2 Tuner3's

BLOCK
aebs sleeves 83mm
Cp flat top pistons
Manley turbo tuff rods
King bearings

Skunk 2 Pro manifold, 70mm TB, b18a1 transmission LSD, carbon synchros.

2200 injectors for my turbo set up, dunno if I can run those N/A, will be running 6an fuel lines for E85.

I want to run it N/A since the motor hasn't even ran since being put together, to break the clutch in and seat the rings. I'd prefer pump gas until turbo.

How do I go about getting a decent tune at least for 500 mi?
