Base tune for Civic Si 2012 with k20 manifold and aem sri

Hey everyone, sorry to bother! First time poster, and first time Honda owner.

Recently purchased a 2012 Civic Si and it has the two mods mentioned above, owner has no custom tune and used one of the hondata base ones, cat delete, catback exhaust and short ram intake.
The car supposedly still has its cat and its exhaust is also stock, oh and it has an exedy clutch with a light flywheel.

Car seems to run fine but I can always smell exhaust fumes.

Not sure what size the aem short ram is as not even their website seems to specify.

Anyone have a base tune that is more of a fit for this car?

Have not had a chance of datalogging yet if one is needed.

Nevermind, car had cat delete has an exhaust and sri, last owner said catback only.

Car should work fine with canned tune until I find a decent etuner.
