Highway Shuddering in Boost2

Post by TurboTeg332 »

Boost almost freezes as accelerating through 5 psi, boost continues to increase but engine sounds like its missing until finally reaches 8 psi.

Attached is datalog of issue and calibration used.

Where in the datalog are you seeing this happen?

Portion about 310-335 and also 350-410.

From the graph view there shows steady upward slope in injector M/S and that is when i was at full throttle but the boost building very slowly and engine sounded as if it was missing.
On the display you can view MAP as it it barely increasing during this.

I have stock MAP sensor but im only running 8 psi. I used to run 11 psi without any these issues with S200 and this same tune not sure why its such a issue with S300.

Have you checked your plugs?

Have you discussed this issue with your tuner?

The plugs are fine.

If you are not sure if my tune is OK then this issue needs to be escalated higher in tech support.

As we do not have access to your vehicle, this is something that really should be looked at by your tuner so they can help you figure out what might be causing the issue.

There is nothing I can see based only on the calibration and datalog.
