Intermittent Engine Overheat code 11/Highway Shuddering in Boost

Post by TurboTeg332 »

Was getting overheat code 11 intermittently and it would never actually stay on after car was shut off. Car also shudders when accelerating under boost at highway speeds before getting to 8 psi (running 8 psi spring in wastegate).

Can someone tell me if there's anything wrong with this tune?

You need to datalog and see what the temp is doing when this happens. Most likely it is actually over heating and you need to address the cooling system issue that is allowing this.

Last few times whenever it has throw this code the temp was maybe above 200 but the dash temp gauge was not showing overtemp.

IS there anything wrong with the tune or datalog that you could tell?

Don't worry what the dash shows, as it uses a different sensor. You need to review the datalog of this happening.
