Can you remove P0506 and P2176?

Hi!
Can you remove the P0506 (Idle Control System RPM Lower than expected) and P2176 (Throttle Control System Idle Position Not Learned)?

I swapped in a J35a6 with 11:1 RL pistons, cams, and heads into my 2003 Accord 6-6. And after I break in the clutch and rings I’ll be putting my Eaton supercharger back on :)

The codes aren’t connected to emissions so I figure it might not be too crazy to ask.
