double checked the calibration on the car and it is indeed Rev06 40cam at VTEC4000, not sure what happened to my datalog though, I may have just messed it up haha.

I'll go for another run today just to make absolutely sure it's the most recent log I have, sorry about that!

Here's a run from this afternoon, hopefully this works better. Don't mind the file name, I just re-saved it under the same name to keep it sort of in order with everything else.

thanks!

Okay this will be the last cam angle locked one. This is the 45* with vtec at 4500. All we really need is a clean third gear pull. So a ten minute datalog with a clean WOT pull is good. Then we'll blend it all out in the next one.

Okay it looks really good. I've blended out the cam angle map and vtec looks best at 4300 to start. Go ahead and take this one for a spin and see what you think. Shoot for at least 20 minutes and at least one third gear pull. But feel free to make other pulls and have some fun with it if you want.

Car feels really good! here's a datalog run for tonight. BTW, hopefully it's not too personal, curious what part of the world are you from EFICU? hopefully this datalog/tuning thing doesn't keep you busy too late at night, depending on your time zone of course.

Good to hear. The datalog looks great. I made a little part throttle and WOT fuel adjustments, but very small ones. Also made a couple ignition adjustments for knock. We had some knock on your 6th gear cruising around 70 mph, so if you can do some of that driving again and sort of modulate the throttle like you're accelerating on the highway around 70 that would be good. That way we can make sure you don't have any knock while on long road trips and stuff.

I'm in California so most of the guys I help are ahead of me in time. I'm learning how to budget my time a little better nowadays. When I'm running through cam angles with guys (like we just did) I try to get back to them as soon as I can since it can be odd to drive on one angle sometimes. Once we get to the blended stage, I sort of throttle back and try to get back at least once a day. Once we're in the blended stage, it's really just nitpicking and fine tuning. But when it's locked on one angle I try to get through that stage quickly so you can get to the blended stage as soon as possible.

Anyways, take this one for a spin when you can. It's 99% there, we're just nitpicking now. Have we ever added the sport pedal to your files? If not, we will do that in the following one to this and see what you think.

Here's a datalog from tonight. Car feels really good. thanks for watching 6th gear for knock. I do a lot of highway in the car when I'm not driving it hard, so it means a lot to me to watch how the car is during highway cruising. and yeah, let's give the sport pedal a try! Car feels good, pulls very good. intake made a difference from what I can feel for sure. definitely worth the impulse purchase.

Hey EFICU.

I just wanted to post a datalog from this morning, if you could give it a quick once over. No 3rd gear pull on this, just pretty much highway cruising with some acceleration. I see I've got a few counts of knock, though I have no idea if it's a lot or not. I'm just exploring hondata at the moment, that's all!

Here's a datalog from today. I'm hopefully planning to do some maintenance work on the car this weekend, hoping for it to perform tip top shape!

Looks really good. Only one knock, but it happened before you started recording and probably isn't much to worry about. Other than that, it looks great overall. Go ahead and do your maintenance this weekend and then make a new datalog after it all. Then we'll see how it looks after whatever maintenance you're doing. It looks really good though.

Good evening EFICU!

Totally not my intention to leave you hanging. June has been hectic with flooding, rain, rain and more rain, and thunderstorms so the car was in storage for the month. I'm back to driving it and will have a datalog for you shortly. Hoping you're still around for tuning!

Here's the datalog for tonight. In terms of maintenance, I just put fresh new OEM plugs, checked the valve lash and all are still within spec, no adjustments needed.

I have had to switch to Shell 93, as that is the new premium fuel at my local shell gas stations. I did some datalogs earlier today and had a crazy amount of knock on cylinder 2 and 4, though on this run here its not showing. Ill include that in my next post.

Here is the datalog with lots of knock on cylinder 2 and 4. Weird how it didn't show up at all on the previous one I've sent you.
