AWE Exhaust Calibration - Frontpipe

Post by ZazaOG »

So I noticed that there is no option to choose the AWE exhaust frontpipe when selecting the frontpipe option for the calibrations. Would choosing say the PRL frontpipe option suffice or cause any issues? I’d assume they’re the “same” being 3” etc? Or should the “Stock” option be selected? Just looking for some direction.

Thank You!

There are no selections for 'front pipe'; perhaps you are confusing it with 'down pipe'. In any case none of the exhaust past the cat has any effect on tuning.

In my Flash Pro Manager Calibration options I have a Front Pipe drop down menu.

You are correct. Same result - they don't make any tuning difference.

So would you recommend leaving that selection on Stock or just choose another brand that's also 3" such as PRL?

Would you guys maybe be able to add a AWE option in the next update?

It does not matter what you choose. The front pipe makes no tuning different. Same reason that adding AWE to the list will not make any tuning difference.
