I recently reviewed a forum where there is a bug in the flashpro vault not letting people login in but I cannot find it so I'm making a new one. Was this issue resolved? I sent Hondata Support an email so they could fix my account like it stated in the last forum and I haven't heard anything back for a couple days and it's still saying my user and password is incorrect.
But when I try to log onto the vault it gives me the username or password is incorrect. I've tried my original password that I used to create my account and then I used my current password (which was recommended to change to see if it would work) and its still giving me an error.
