Hi,
i have a S300 in a ecu P06 modified to accept a S300 and i buy the ecu like that, and i buy a new S300.
strangely when it's hot, the ignition key cut quickly or are happening missed ignition
i must to cut the ignition key and restart ignition key and its' good until next time.
i check my harness and i think it is good.
i don't know if it's the ecu or the S300 ?
i have a honda civic VTi 1999 with B16A2 OBD2B.
This problem appears plus this summer with hot temperature and never this winter with low temperature !
thanks
Patrice

Re: S300 / ecu P06 modified ...
It could be an issue with the ignition switch, or with the ECU, but the way you describe it, it sounds like it could just be the switch.
We do sell a kit for replacing all the capacitors inside the ECU as well: https://www.hondata.com/products/access ... acitor-kit

I come back a little late ...
Therefore in fact it is the caliper that puts the voltage regulator to the ground of the chassis for its cooling. He was not present on the ECU I had bought!
