B16 turbo Vtec problems

When Vtec engauges car dies.last week took it for a tune an couldn't figure out the problem.tried b16 turbo an stock b16 calibration.only thing I came up with is if I'm making an boost before Vtec engauges the car falls flat on its face.

B16 block gsr head
Gsr cams
Sk2 manifold
Stock injectors
Stock map
Nippon piston 8.8 comp.
Stock rods
3"open down pipe

If you have your calibration and datalog saved on your PC just click on the attachment tab in the post a reply and add it to the post.

i tried to download from desktop but it say error invalid extension not sure what im doing wrong

Sounds like a fuel cut off from protection. Check all of your parameters!!! Im assuming you have a wideband?? the provided calibrations need to be tailored to your setup!!!! Check lean Protections!!! SUCH Nice feature!!!!!! I didn't use them until I cracked welds on manifold!!! not sure if was lean situation or just cheap manifold!!! but im back in action and using them=) PEACE OF MIND!!!!

had the same issue,
mine was tooo much fuel

datalog it and see if there is a step in fuel at cam switch

stock injectors is your problem here is a b16 tune I made. Stock injectors max out in vtec at 3.8lbs at 5k rpm around that point.

It's been a while scene I've been on this form.thanks for the replies!the car has been sitting for two months an now I tried to drive an it won't Rev passed 2000 rpm only 5-10sec ofter start will it rev passed 2g. Anybody have any suggestions

You can't run stock injectors with boost!! Look out so you don't throw away your motor...

Stock the injectors are at 100% duty and there's just the fuel pressure that's difference so you really don't have much to play with and especially no boost!!

Ok I update s300 software an rewired the engine harness an both problems are gone but now I have a new problem... Afr bounces from 11. To 16. When I rev/hold 3000 an I'm afraid to drive to tuner that way any suggestions

hey i,m having the same problem before vtec it cuts everything so the car falls down lol , and v tec is not working at all . i think the problem is my harness , can you tell me what you did to fix the problem ??
