Gear ratios

Hi there, im having issues with setting up gear ratios , using mfactory dog gears and 4.38 FD , configured the ratios and it assumes second gear all the way to 5th. Im attaching the kal and data log. Thanks

According to that calibration and datalog it is showing it going from first through 6th gears.

No Spunkster its not. Power run was made in 4th gear instead of 2nd. Ecu sees only 2nd gear till 5th. Then in 5th and 6th shows 3rd.
Plus on the datalog vss is reading 85 mph at 8900 rpm when its actually doing around 140 mph. Speed clock displays correctly.

The original description was vague and indicated that you were not seeing any other gears at all.

The speed that the ECU sees is what is sent from the speed sensor itself. So there may be a problem with the speed sensor, or with how the teeth on the speed sensor gear is meshing with the ring gear on the diff.

You probably will need to modify the speedometer correction so that what is datalogged matches the actual speed.
