VSS calibration

Post by Brock »

I think all versions of FlashPro should have a provision to change the VSS calibration to accommodate different tire sizes and/or gear changes.

For some vehicles, the speed sensor signal goes to the cluster directly and the ECU cannot change the speedometer / odometer calibratrion.

I probably should have made the comment specific to the TSX. In which case the VSS goes directly to the ECU, which generates speed data for the cluster. It seems to be getting more common for people to swap the gears in the TSX trans with RSX or Civic Si gears.
