Vsa won't turn off

Post by Ntsxm »

Hey so I just tried flashing my car again to turn off vsa but it does not seem to have turned off. When the tires slip the light on the dash still blinks and it seems like the power is still being cut slightly but I'm not sure, I'm waiting for a rainy day to see if it really cuts out or not. Is it normal for the light to still flash even once turned off in the ecu? I looked on tsxclub.com and it looks like I'm not the only one having this problem so please let us know what it is supposed to do.
Thank you

Ps. I was also wondering if there was anyway you guys could make an option to turn off the seat belt light too because it is extremely annoying lol.

How are you turning off VSA? From the button?

You cannot disable VSA in the ECU if your vehicle has VSA - it will still be enabled. The ECU does not control the VSA.

The ECU does not control the seat belt light.

Personally , i recommend you to use seat belts. They arent just for safety but also helps to keep your ass in seat during sharp turns. If you wanna turn it off you can disconnect connector under your seat and car will think your r fastened. But you should know that if youll hit someone er pretty fase would be smashed really hard with air bag coz nothing will hold you and bag impact can be much worse than accident aftermath, so use belts bro )

Oh ok I thought that I could turn it off permanently through flash pro. It works fine when I use the button but I'm tired of seeing that light on the dash when I do it that way. Thanks for the quick response.
