Need a few questions answered

Well I got my ECU sent to hondata and got them to reflash it with the N/A Flash, then I decided I wanted to go SC, so I went and got the ECU's swapped at my local honda dealership with RedPepsi, I purchased the CTSC a week ago and I was wondering since my VIN number and the ECU vin number dont match, would this be a problem? Thank you.

You may have problems later on when you need to have the vehicle emissions tested.

Well im not worried about that because we dont have that in LA, but would you guys be able to flash for the stage 1 even though my vin from my car doesnt match my ECU?
