I was just looking at a couple of calibration files from the "S300 Calibrations" forum using the new 1.1.6.0 version of SManager and have some questions/concerns...

I opened "h22supercharger550.skl", "B18Csupercharger.skl", and "B18Csupercharger 12 ohm.skl". First, both the B18C calibrations are given as being for 440 injectors, yet current injector size under the fuel trim tab is listed as "510 cc/min" in both cases. Likewise, the 550 injector h22 is listed as "680 cc/min". Second, in the h22 and the B18C the minimum idle speed is listed as 850rpm while the temperature vs idle setting is listed at 700rpm above 177F.

Are these errors in the calibration file, or errors in the 1.1.6.0 version? Also, why is the knock sensor disabled?

There is no problem...that is just how they show up. They are old Romeditor V3 bin files that have been converted for use with teh s300.

Don't change the injector size, just leave it however it shows up.

In that case, what do you do if you want to upgrade to 550 injectors on the B18C?
Also, why was the knock board turned off?

Then you will increase the injector size until the cars runs properly then fine tune the fuel tables.

since most people use a P28 that has no knowck board, the knock sensor is turned off. SInce you have a fully tunable system you can make any needed adjustments or changes to the calibrations.
