2011 Civic si bone stock w/ flashpro "tuned" calibration.

Post by heaterno38 »

Have spent countless hours and research and I basically don't wanna grenade my engine.. I have a bone stock 2011 civic si besides a drop in filter. I got the Flashpro just to delete the revhang. Using the stock tuned calibration I have noticed a bit of knocks on data logs. Anyone able to take a look at my data log and point me in the direction of getting the knocks reduced? Calibration and data log attached:

I plan to drive that car as is for a few months, possibly upgrade to a hybrid racing intake down the road.

Any help or insight is appreciated. Thanks !!

Have you tried reducing the timing in the areas you are getting knock?

If there is a lot of knock I would work on that first.

I ended up getting the Hybrid racing intake for a very low price. Installed and found a calibration that didn't bring much knock and drove super smooth. I tried the auto tune function to try and get the fueling closer for my car. In a On a 45 min drive I didn't see many knocks. My first data log I attached has zero knocks I believe. The 2nd I noticed a few near the end of the log. maybe drop the ign a degree in that part? Should I make a new thread as I have the intake now ?

Thanks I have just been rocking that last calibration. I’m not too sure on how to adjust the timing pinpointed to my knock

I looked over the file and it seems that in areas where knock is located the car is running lean. I would address the fuel then reduce timing if the knock does not go away.

Let me know if you need something to make the car run safe or a full E-Tune.
