17-18 CR-V Fuel Dilution Software Update/Fix

As we are aware, some CRVs with the 1.5Ts are experiencing fuel dilution and Honda just released a fix which is basically a software update. Do we need to reflash our FlashPro back to stock before taking the car in for this software fix? Thanks!

We will be updating our calibrations to incorporate this fix in the next few months. Updating at the dealership will do nothing as it will be overwritten as soon as you reload a Hondata calibration until we have added this to our software.

Are there any updates to this, do you need someone to datalog? I'd be willing to help out as I have a 2017 CRV and have gotten the fix late last month

This is nothing that datalogs will assist with. This will just take some time to implement.

should we still need to go to Honda dealer to update the ECU? As what I know the update for fuel dilution will also update the TCU for trasmission, will Hondata also including TCU update/fix to the new calibrations?

We do not make any changes to transmission controllers.
