New to Hondata, super excited to try this out on my 2019 Type R!
Will be running the OTS 91 octane map with improved throttle response and intercooler for now (92 is the most we get here in Oregon).
Debating between these two throttle mods; “improved response” or “improved response full power 1st and 2nd”. Do both have different torque tables based on the different driving modes like Sport or R mode? Also, what exactly does the latter mean by "full power'? If I read correctly, Hondata lowers torque on both 1st and 2nd gear to allow for less wheel spin. Does this mod just allow for full torque like factory?
Probably just going to try both of them out to see which one suits me best, just wanted to get some feedback from people that have used either one before. Thanks!

Re: Throttle Mods 2019 FK8
It's really up to you, as you may prefer to have full power in the lower gears, but you may wish to have less wheel spin so you may want to use the one that does not have full power in the lower gears.
Re: Throttle Mods 2019 FK8
Thanks for the response, so is the full power more or equivalent to factory on 1st or 2nd gears?
Also, someone recommended me to just click the "remove P0101 & P0103" to raise the maximum AFM voltage right off the bat. Do you recommend this too? Or only if the actual error code appears?

Only remove errors if you actually get them. My advice would be to try both calibrations and see what you like best.
