Recommendation for a New Hondata User

Post by JVergara »

Hi Guys!
I do have a 2020 civic SI.

Modifications:
Greddy intercooler with pipe set
PRL CAI
Remark Exhaust
The rest is stock

I am using a Hondata Flashpro CARB type
I uploaded a tune +6 Via sport button FTS EPA/CARB and
Modified the Launch RPM to 3500
And full throttle shift limit at 6500
Is that a safe modification?

And am I allowed to use the +9 psi Mitsubishi turbo carb?

Or do you recommend a safer and better tune for my current mods on a Hondata carb?

With your setup, the CARB version will not allow you to disable any emissions related items or errors.

Thank you for your response. I totally understand that.

I just wanted to verify if am I allowed to use the tube +9 psi mitsubishi turbo with my current mods?

And I adjusted launch RPM at 3500
FTS limit is 5100?

Don't use the Mitsubishi turbo calibration unless you have a Mitsubishi turbo.

The +9psi can cause the clutch to slip so use the +6psi calibration.

OP not sure if you still have the CARB version but if you do are you able to list all the tunes that came with the CARB for a 10th Gen Si?

I want to confirm if the CARB version gets the +9 Carb tune.

Thank you
