Are you datalogging via the laptop and a mobile app at the same time?

I've done a couple of different things. I've started off with the mobile app until it freezes, then, while frozen, I plugged my laptop in. I'll hit the datalog button and all data is frozen, showing the same data as the app. I've also driven around data-logging without the app via laptop only, and it will still freeze. I don't know how often it freezes via laptop only as I don't generally drive around with my laptop as often as I would with just the app.

Most likely you are getting some kind of interference from the ignition system that is causing the data output to lock up.

Is there anything about the ignition system I could change or a way to further troubleshoot? Ex. swap coils etc.

Check your spark plugs to see their condition and possibly replace them.

They’re brand new 2669’s. I’ve also had this problem when I was N/A on 6994’s.

I’ve replaced the spark plugs with a new set and it’s still doing the same thing. Any other suggestions?

IF you disable Bluetooth and datalog via USB on the laptop, does it freeze?

It does not freeze if I disable Bluetooth and data log via laptop only.
