Yes, what exactly are you doing?

You're started by saying you're having trouble with the app for the dash but now are talking about the mobile device app.

And no explanation for what you mean by crashing.

I tried to connect to Android app first, it says its connected but there is no any response from the car on gauges at all.
Then I tried to connect to dash only with flashpro plugged into USB, it says its connected and the app crash all the time.
So, either way...nothing works for me. :/ weird

Which app, and using what device? It is not clear. And also when you say it crashes, what crashes and what does it do?

Do you have the USB for the FlashPro connected to the Vehicle USB?

As you can see on the video, its connected to vehicle USB, (central USB). Anyway, I also tried to connect it to regular USB, and same result.
My other guess, flashpro is faulty.

You cannot connect the USB to the vehicle. The USB does not have to be connected to anything. Do you have the FlashPro plugged into the OBD2 port on the vehicle?

ok, that fixed it! After I plugged flashpro into OBD2, cellphone and dash started working properly. I went through the guide and I didnt find anything saying: "make sure you have flashpro plugged into OBD2 port"

Thanks.

The FlashPro will go into a low power mode if the ignition is off so it will not drain the battery.

Hello Colleagues,

I'm new in this forum.
My best friend bought a 2018 Civic Type R and he would like to get this option on HU.
I would like to ask you, the FlashPro is working without OBD2 cable connection. Could it connect via bluetooth? (We already rooted the HU, the next step to copy the Hondata mobile to falsh drive. He is already purchased the the pro version on android market).
Thank you for your support and answer in advance.

I'm not sure if you are asking if the FlashPro can connect to the ECU via BT. The FlashPro has to be connected to the OBDII port in order for the HU to connect to the ECU.

And for the HU use the Android app for the HU, not the app for phones.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
I am asking about the connection type. We downloaded the hondata mobile apk for HU and succesfully instaled, but unfortunately I can't connect my laptop to the HU. The HU do not see my laptop via bluetooth as well. Any advise? Currently we are not able to connect to the FlashPro Manager.

Why are you trying to connect from the laptop to the HU? I do not think that is possible.
