I am a 1st time user, new to the tuning world. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and input. I did search the forum, But have not found a direct answer on who makes the basemaps, and / or supplies them, as well as how they are acquired. Can anyone help clarify this for me. Thanks.

There should be a few base maps included with the flashpro. If you open the application up on your PC then select new calibration you should see a list of basemaps provided by hondata. If they are not there maybe you would have to reinstall the application.
