ECU pin wiring for the traction control

Hi guys,

I've managed to wire up all the ABS sensor wires, and I'm at a disagreement with my friend about which pin is the A34 (ELD).
I have a 2014 civic SI, and I was looking at the ECU pin found on here: https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/i ... ectors.htm
And it seems like you count starting from the first row and keep going. I clipped a Green wire. My friend on the other hand, sent me this diagram, and told me that A34 is an orange wire https://gyazo.com/75376a3422bb0e8520522c364496302e Now i'm wondering which one of us is correct.

Any input is greatly appreciate :)

If you remove the shield on the wire side of the connector you'll see the number next to each cavity. It's an orange wire, middle row, three from the end.

Thank you! I cut the wrong wire, but fixed it now. And as for the tuning part, how do I tune my hondata traction control? I already have a custom tune for my car on flashpro

Yes, I have. And the help file doesn't tell me what to set my timing retard as for each of the slip values. Should I just leave the settings as is?

It all depends on what works best in your situation. There is no set value.

I read the help file, and I tried calibrating the pulses/mile thing on my laptop but it doesn't seem to work.

I typed in 40Mph in the wheel speed setup tab, and then while going 40mph, I clicked on the set button, but all 4 of the values are still 0.

When I look at the "live data" tab under the traction control section of flashpro manager, it gives a very low value for the front axle speed, I remember when I was going 25mph, it read 2.x mph or something, not sure why it's like this.

The red LEDs on my hondata tc unit blink rapidly when the tires are spinning, so that means it's receiving the pulses from my ABS sensors right?

Look up the specs for your tires from the manufacturer and it will give you the number of revs per mile and then multiply that times the number of teeth on the trigger ring. This will give you a good starting point for calibrating the wheels speed sensors.

So it doesn't have to be exact, and can have some sort of variance?
Dumb question, but where do you find the trigger ring

use that as a starting point then fine tune it using the calibration button.
