ECUs will need an analog input / ignition retard table to use the Traction Control module.

To clarify, the AEM unit is the one built for the 06+ S2000 by Science of Speed. Here are the inputs supported.

INPUTS / OUTPUTS SUPPORTED
4 independent sequential injectors
4 independent ignition coils
3 available analog inputs (fuel pressure, oil pressure, boost position switch, traction control switch, etc)
2 available switched inputs (FlexFuel, traction control pulse converter input, etc)
1 available temperature input (oil temperature)
4 switched ground (boost control, traction control status lamp, traction control slip lamp, etc)
MIL (malfunction indicator lamp, aka "check engine lamp") through optional CAN Translator

It lists this feature which leads me to believe it can work with your unit.
"Advanced configurable traction control system (with optional signal converter)." Normally it would use the speed sensor in the transmission. Unfortunately we changed to a Quaife sequential transmission and lost that sensor.

I would suggest you discuss this with Science of Speed as they will know exactly what that AEM unit can and can't do.

I need to know what sort of output your T/C is going to provide to signal the ECU that there is wheel spin.
5v or variable voltage etc... It looks like the orange wire is the only signal wire on your unit.

Thanks for your help

It is 0-5 volt analog signal.

So the T/C unit will vary the 0-5v signal depending on slip? Thanks
