11-14 Auto TSX Slow acceleration at low rpms

Post by MamaGuevooo »

Getting slow acceleration at full throttle on lower rpms until about 2200-3000rpms where it starts pulling. All motor only bolt ons. Car is tuned. Anyone have an idea of what it could be?

It is running so rich the wideband cannot read it. Then at VTEC is goes back to about where it should be, and then rich again at high rpm. And the ignition is about 6-8 degrees retarded too. I'm sure it will run a lot better when correctly tuned.

You said the car is tuned? Do you have the calibration file you can post? As Hondata mentioned, it's very rich in part throttle and the tuner has long term trims turned off, so it can't pull any more fuel out of it than it is already, and it's still very rich. The tune needs to be adjusted ASAP.
