Good day
My Honda dealer updated my firmware and therefore accidentaly overwritten the existing programming done with my Hondata flashpro.
Now I would to unlock the FlashPro from my vehicle, in order to sell my flashpro.
My question is, if I choose "Return ECU to stock" what is the risk, it will overwrite the latest firmware applied by the Honda dealer ?
Many thanks

Re: Reset ECU back to stock
Generally return to stock uses the latest calibration available from Honda. What vehicle and ECU calibration ID do you have?

Re: Reset ECU back to stock
Good day Admin
My vehicle is Honda Accord 2.4 Vtec
VIN = JHMCW2700BC200387
ECU calibration ID = 37805-RL6-E240
OK, return to stock uses the latest calibration available from Honda, but where and how flashpro manager will find it ?
Many thanks
Luc

Re: Reset ECU back to stock
For your vehicle it used RL6-E240 for return to stock. It is the latest calibration from Honda.

A bit OT,
But does it mean the return to stock function serves dual purpose, it not only return it to stock cal but also updates to latest stock honda cal in the process?
