More than normal loss of power when AC engages

Post by Nycrew »

First post, take it easy on me.

I had my cartoons about a year and a half ago. The car still runs great however in the past few months I have noticed when the air conditioning kicks on the RPMs drop lower than normal causing the car to shake. When I got the car tuned my tuner specifically showed me when the AC kicks on and he made adjustments so that there wasn’t a big draw of power and my RPMs hardly moved. My issue is when the AC is running and kicks on by itself the RPMs drop lower than usual.

Does anyone know how to adjust this in flash pro manager? I just want to make it so when the air conditioner engages there’s not so much of a loss of power.

Thanks

Have you discussed this with your tuner?

No. I’m worried he might want to charge me for a tune in that case. This is why I came here to see if anyone could tell me what adjustments I can make to avoid so much power loss when the ac kicks on

This should not change over time, unless there is a mechanical issue.
