FlashProManager 3.4.3

V3.4.3 (8 Aug 2019)
  • FlashPro firmware updated to version 166
  • Replaced 'Send Information to Hondata Support' with 'Send Feedback to Hondata'
  • [FK2 FK8] Added modifications for boost limit, maximum turbocharger pressure ratio and air charge reduction.
  • [2018+ Accord 2.0] Modified initial traction control values
  • [2019 RDX] Added support for US 5YF-A88
We have replaced the 'Send Support information to Hondata' with 'Send Feedback to Hondata'. The change in name reflects that 'send support' was designed to help Hondata with specific FlashPro hardware support. Recently people started to use it for also sorts of feedback and requests, and the old implementation did not provide us with the information that would be useful to help the customer.

So 'send feedback' has the ability to attach the calibration and datalogs as well as the hardware information and a screenshot, plus has a more structured gathering of relevant information.

The second reason for the change is that we have found the people are reluctant to contact Hondata about any problems with the FlashPro or software. This will make it easier to give Hondata feedback.

For the FK2/FK8 we have added the ability to disable the air charge reduction the ECU determines is necessary to keep the modeled EGTs without a certain range. If you disable this be aware that the boost will likely increase and the EGT definitely will increase.

Hi,

I have updated my software to 3.4.3.
However, I am unable to see under MODs - the ability to disable the EGT air charge reduction.

In the youtube video, it shows "turbo" with 3 fields. But after update, I still see "boost" with 2 fields, still missing that ability to disable Air Charge reduction.

I must be missing something! Help please...

Also to add to my above query....

Reference to the YouTube video, do I CHECK the box for the "Disable EGT Air Charge Reduction" ? (In the video, the box is still UNchecked)

Thanks!

What vehicle do you have?

If you check the option to disable something that means you are disabling it.

Love it! The feedback function is an excellent idea.

It is there in the modifications under turbo. Send us your calibration if you can't find it.

If I download and install 3.4.3 it shows the modification with your calibration. Can you check C:\Program Files (x86)\FlashPro\Modifications\CivicR-2015-DisableAirCReduction.fpmod is present?

No, the CivicR-2015-DisableAirCReduction.fpmod is not there.

In fact, it's all indicated as CivicR-2017-xxxxxxxxxx.

So what should we do now?
