Flashpro LED Display

Is there a complete list of what the Flashpro LED flash signals mean? I have a 2009 TSX. I get various flashed codes when I hook up the Flashpro, sometimes a rapid green, sometimes with datalog flashes. If it is anything other than a steady green, I usually have to turn off the car, disconnect the Flashpro and reconnect. Sometimes, can just switch the ignition off and back on and get at steady green, but that is rare. It tried to flash the ECU the first time, but the program light came on solid red, then turned off after about 15 seconds. Now, I am getting a steady green for about 2 to 3 seconds, then it flashes off for a brief moment and comes back on and repeats. There are periodic quick flashes from the datalog light maybe every 5 seconds. I can not get it to flash the ECU. The ECU is throwing up the normal VSA and emissions errors it throws if the flash was not completed. Any suggestions on what I should look at? I'm wondering if maybe I have a voltage issue with my battery?
