I am using FlashPro with the latest software and firmware and I have the Hondata 4 bar sensor installed. (I also have the CT-e SC Stage 2 kit installed with the 3.15" pulley and 1000cc injectors.) I make the 4 bar selection under sensors and indicate "psi" under measurement unit for MAP window.
When I am driving, I see psi ranging all the way up to 16-18 at WOT. This does not look right to me. I am tuning with Vit and he says I should be seeing 7-8 psi and the rest is vacuum?
Can anyone clarify this for me? Should I be using a different measurement unit in the selection menu for MAP?
Thank you.

Re: Correct unit selection for measuring boost psi in FP
Use "/psi for the unit rather than psi. Psi is absolute; "/psi is the bastard atmospheric relative unit that is popular here.

Thanks, Hondata; tried that and I get negative numbers in the MAP window?

Relative to atmospheric pressure, vacuum is negative.

Basic question, then; is it possible to see boost numbers accurately in FlashPro manager or do I have to interpolate?
Re: Correct unit selection for measuring boost psi in FP
The numbers are accurate; what unit and reference to you want?
If you select "/psi then vacuum is negative inches and boost is positive psi.
If you select "/psi then vacuum is negative inches and boost is positive psi.

Then I surmise I need to customize/add another window to the FP display to show psi, because MAP shows negative numbers now and there is no other window that would show psi? Am I on track?

Got it. As suggested, use "/psi and the MAP window in FP display will show vacuum numbers (-) until you increase throttle, then it will show atmospheric pressure (+) numbers.
