The ability to lock the VTC angle between shifts.
Read the help...
Deceleration VTC Angle
The default behaviour of the ECU is to return to cam to 0 degrees when the throttle is released (during deceleration or decel fuel cut), except in the 2012 Civic Si which will return the cam a target cam angle of 5 degrees when above 4000 RPM. This may be undesirable when changing gear as the cam will return to 0 degrees when the throttle is released, and then take some time to return to normal VTC angle once the next gear is engaged (typically 20-30 degrees at part throttle). Most engines make significant less power if the cam is below 20 degrees or so, so this is undesirable.
may not be applicable for your ride but maybe so

Is it possible to add this to the 2013-2014 Acura ILX since it is under the same category as the 2012+ Si? The reflash tachometer progress indicator and the full throttle shift is helpful.
[2006 Civic Si / 2007+ Civic Type R / 2012+ Si] Added adjustable launch control, full throttle shift, reflash tachometer progress indicator and cruise control lambda display.

I've been requesting this for months now, guess ill just wait 5 or so years for at least a response, if they are going to do it or not. But definitely not fair that the Civic Si has those features and the S2000 doesn't.

Type-R EURO (FN2)
I am very happy to deactivate in the "misc" the annoying "beep" causing the ignition key is in if the door is open!! I know the ignition key is in - why honda do this...
If this could be disabled via OBD this will be cool...

This has nothing to do with the ECU can cannot be disabled via ECU programming.

New Possibilities / Ideas to FlashPro Manager:
1 - Throttle Plate:
Mapping the throttle plate as a live map and ability
to choose different maps, making more sensible at the track
and less at street. The selection could be holding the main
cruise button on for... lets say 3 seconds and turn it off
within 1 sec allowing to show the map selected in rpm gauge.
For instance 1000 rpm 1st throttle map and 2000 rpm 2nd map.
2 - Start / Stop
Engine Start by pressing and the engine reaches 600rpm or idle point
skip (temporary disable button input) engine start and let the engine run.
Able to stop engine by pressing the same button with parking brake/brake pedal on.
3 - Choose different map
Hold Cancel Button to select from different map.
The selection could be holding the Cancel button on for... lets say 10 seconds.
The rev shows 1 (1000 rpm) for the first map, allowing to choose a different map
with the "RES ACCEL"/UP 2 (2000 rpm) like in live mode, changing the parameters.
The Cancel button, abort selection and acts as normal if pressed.
Thanks and keep the excellent work.

I would like to see rev match on downshifts, like competitors have, and like 10gen TypeR has.

Comments color can be edited (in the window "graph templates") to make it possible to make the color more contrasting, so you can read them better like the other templates:

At the moment it is still relatively bad to read (not editable) gray like this:
