K20Z4 Swap FD - P0135 O2 heater circuit

Post by ecronic »

Hi all
As the subject states this question is for my friend's K-Swap FD. Recently we I stalled AEM UEGO 30-4110 kit on his car. The ground is given to the same point as the ECU on the intake manifold. The white cable for datalog is connected to the ELD pin on the ECU and in the flashpro manager I have selected ELD for wideband input.

When I tried to datalog I got a P0135 O2 heater circuit Bank 1 error in the FP manager. The AEM gauge is displaying the AFR but the FP manager AFR gauge is stuck. He had this error even before we installed the Wideband.

Can someone please help to identify what is the actual issue here? His car has aftermarket header with just 1 O2 bung that we have used for the AEM wideband O2.

Hope someone can shed some light on what I can do next to rid of the error code.
Thanks & Regards

You need to still have the OEM wideband installed in the vehicle.

Thanks Spunkster. Some other folks here said the same. Will add the OEM sensor as well.
Thanks & Regards
