Hi sir,

please kindly assist me regarding this knock.
i convert my car civic fd2 using ecu fd2 type R
engine civic fn2R
wiring civic fd2 type R
intake fn2r (RSP)
exhaust fd2 type r

All stock condition

i keep wandering this knock count is normal or not.
it only register knock on cylinder 2 and cylinder 3

kindly please advice me regarding this knock count.


currenly i using factory calibration

currenly i using factory calibration

i try load reflash calibration. But total knock count on this two cylinder register more than factory calibration.
When i open datalog it show kock retard every time knock register.

kindly please advice me this real knock or mechanical noise. should i adjust ignition

Reduce the ignition timing 2 degrees on the high cam and if the knock control doesn't go up at 6300 rpm then it is knock.

But I think it is mechanical noise like the exhaust vibrating at that rpm, since the overall ignition timing is low.
