FP calibrations with messy ignition

Can anybody explain to me why the ignition maps in nearly all the calibrations are so messed up?
For instance:
"Completely stock tuned" (AFM): Ignition high-40 degrees in 8th column at 5000 rpm-33.00 at 5500-34.50 at 7000-31.5 and at 8000-33.8! Don't tell me that's tuned! Some other columns are even worse and in 2-D some are overlaying each other! I wonder if that could be why many people have some knock retard.

Can someone just confirm that the map I edited below would be better and safer. I'll try bunch of other stuff on the dyno of course, I just want to prepare everything so I don't have to spend days on the dyno.

The ignition tables are fine - it is normal to see a variation which results in crossed lines. There is much less ignition around the idle area so that th engine will not surge at idle.

I would not use the 'smoothed' tables - the low and high cam tables have been duplicated across all cam angle values, and in some places there is much more ignition advance that what we tuned.

I see, another question, seems my car runs leaner up to 4760rpm when the throttle is under 80%. Does the map reads correct? Can I add fuel by WOT lambda adj. just like on the pic below?
