Engine bogs above 6k rpm

Post by Ntune »

Hi guys i'm having some trouble finishing the tune with my turbo k20 (k20z3 fully built)... i think it could be something mechanical. After 6k rpm at wot the car bogs as the flashpro log shows. I gave it more fuel to try if that is the problem but didn't work... also tried pulling fuel but it's the same behaviour (it's like some weird limiter that shut off the injectors).
What you guys think about this?

Has this been properly tuned on the dyno?

Can you post the calibration as well?

What exactly has been done in regards to modifications?

It was tuned on the dyno until that point (i think it was the fuel pump)

Your duty cycle drops to zero and the AF ratio shows this as well. Something is telling the ECU to cut the injectors. Have you checked your wideband to make sure that the wires are not damaged/shorting?

It's something on the ecu.
With a friend's ecu the car runs perfect.

Try going to the online menu, tools, and erase the ECU, when it finishes, turn off the ECU, close the software and reopen it then go to the New Calibration button and start with a fresh calibration and see if the problem still exists.
