Speedometer reading is not accurate

Post by soxfan »

I noticed while looking at some of my datalogs today that with a MAP tune, the speedo indicates 3mph higher than what the datalog shows. For instance, I had the cruise control set at 80mph, but the speed indicated on the datalog is 77 mph. This doesn't happen with the stock calibration. Why is that?

Double check your speed compensation didn't get messed with in your calibration. That function is there for people who run different size rims/tires.
