I thought I made it clear, but YES IT IS THE BOV. REMOVE IT AND THROW IT AWAY.

so if i put a oem bov and tune it there would be no cel and tmps vsa etc error on my dash? thankyou

Just an update. i change my bov to stock and now i have an error for P006A MAF SENSOR

i fix the maf problem by cleaning it now lights pops up again with no code. im about to give up man

the codes i got when i drive in tune for 10 mins after the lights pop up are P2097 and P0172
