2007 civic si fg2

Post by Tflo-fg2 »

Hello all. I’m new to hondata. I have a k20z3 with a aem Sri. Also with 3 inchexhaust from the cat back.I flashed a few different base maps that came on the hondata program. But check engine light is still on for running rich. What is the best base map or a calibration someone could help me with

What basemaps have you flashed?

Can you post a datalog showing the issues?

I can help you tune it if you want. If you want just an off the shelf basemap it would be tough to find one close. Once I know which ones you have tried, I can try to lead you in the right direction if that's the route you want to go.

Do you want it during idle or me driving. I ran it for 15 mins at idle

Boy it's definitely rich even at idle, do you know which calibration you have in there during this datalog?

I can help you get it cleaned up, the proper way takes about 10-12 revisions to get it right as we tune each cam angle separately. If you want it done quicker, we can probably get it done in 5-6 revisions. The longer way is the proper way to tune and is more tailored for your car specifically.

The revisions only take a few minutes to adjust and send to you. The datalogs you have to make are 20 minutes of driving. So it’s more about how much time you have to make datalogs.

All cars are different, I try to get it done as fast as possible for you. 5-6 is the quickest way using a complete file, the proper way takes 10-12 in most cases. I could get it done in 3 revisions, but I nitpick a lot of things until it's right.

I think I've put together a pretty good starting file for you where we can get it done in 3-5 revisions for you since time seems to be a main focus point. Let me know if that works for you. If you're driving on the tune you posted that datalog with, we need to get you on something soon so it isn't so rich.
