Did you set the injector deadtime?
What's the fuel pressure?

Fuel pressure is 45psi yes dead times set. It doesn’t appear to be voltage related according to what I see in the log. I could be wrong

I Also notice the fuel trims are removing around 12% of fuel, was the car tuned in open loop before it was set to close loop?

When it shows lean there is no real change in injector pulse width or to the fuel trim. This leads me to believe that there may be some other factor. perhaps you have an injector that is sticking at the low duty cycles.

You can have the injectors tested and flowed.

I noticed when applying electrical load it goes lean and begins to stay leaner as it warms up. But let’s say raising and lowering power windows cause it to go 16.5-17.0 afr . I read INjector dynamics does not supply correct dead times is it possible that’s the problem. Stock fuel pressure regulator Injector Dynamics 1050x injectors

Try running in open loop and note the AF, is it rich or lean?
Also provide a datalog and current Calibration of the open loop operation.

Will do. Do the dead times look ok? Open loop does same thing. I have it in closed loop to help out with the issue it’s worse in open loop
