Have you tried disabling the knock sensor and uploading the calibration to the ECU?

I would recommend that you take the car to a dealer/tuner to have them look at it to determine where the problem is, as this sounds like it may be more complicated than just a basemap issue. A Mugen chip will disable a lot of things that that may be causing errors which is just masking the problem.

Thanks for the input but here is my issue I need to get it to the tuner so what map is the best for this swap and i also got the car to run on a p28 mugen chipped it runs but not sure if it's safe to drive 100miles or even 50 at that
Just don't get why no map on hondata won't run the car

Any of those calibrations you have tried should start and run the car as long as there are no other issues. It appears that you have other issues which are causing problems. You should discuss the issues with your tuner and see if they can help you with a different basemap, or you will have to trailer the car to them to have them assist with the troubleshooting.

You could also try the s300/ECU in a known working car.

i uploaded a file i use to have customers bring their cars to me load this and you should be ok to drive to your tuner/dealer for proper tune on dyno only not to go racing
