B18C N/A Basemap

Post by Kraztec »

I've recently bought a shell w/ s300 and I'm swapping my B18C w/ Edelbrock Victor X, 68MM TB and full exhaust system over. Stock map stock injectors, 255lph fuel pump all that fun stuff... Anyone have a basemap for a similar setup that I can load to get the car to my tuner?

Stock b18c map should be capable to run the car. Get a afr hook up and adjust the afr

I am getting a code P0123 Throttle pedal position sensor switch a high circuit high input . (not using this tune ,using a different tune you put out zperformance ) So my question is how do you adjust the afr setting ?

you will need to lean out your fuel map for the tune. If you are not comfortable, you should take it and get it tuned professionally

you have to set your TPS sensor. If you are not sure about it you should take it to get tuned professionally.

The came and skunk 2 are what I'm missing. I got a basemap from from John Kerr/jktuning but the afr seems to bounce all over and drop to 10 at wot still. Mid 13-low 14 on cruise.

Not too familiar with adjusting afrs so I don't wanna toy with those, unless you have tips. I don't wanna destroy 3000 lol

I am using the S300 USDM P72 Base Map Tune and have high HC and CO readings according to emissions reps. Do I need to get this car tuned professionally to pass emissions, or should this base map be plenty? My sensors are all operating as designed to my knowledge. Getting poor gas mileage and can smell fuel, but car runs great. Any thoughts ? I have no CEL or anything.
I'd recommend a tuners fine tune on it really. If you're not running the right afrs you'll be hit with those
