Hello,

I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to maybe go through my tune file and possibly see if there are any areas on it that look like they may need to be cleaned up a bit? I have it about 90% dialed in the way that I like it by tuning it, it runs a mid-11:1 AFR at WOT through boost and into VTEC, but there is one thing and I'm not sure how to clean up entirely, and I think that it has to do with what I think might be the gear compensation feature. For example, If I am already in a gear, and go WOT it runs smoothly. But on the other hand, if I'm rowing through gears 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, what happens is in the gear it runs cleanly, but when I switch to the next gear and continue to accelerate, the engine will stutter for about half a second and then continue with the pull. Same thing occurs between all the gears from 1st through 4th and I'm not 100% sure on how to clean that up. If anyone could assist, that would be great!!

(ps. My mistake within the tune file, I set injector scale to 440cc, rather than 450cc)

I can get a datalog on it later on today if needed.

Set up:
-stock internal B16a2 - 7psi, bumps to 10psi between 7000-8000 rpm
-Turbonetics TO4E turbocharger
-DSM 450cc injectors
-Walbro 255 pump

Here is a datalog, I drive it lightly in 1st gear, shift into 2nd gear and then smoothly give it gas until WOT; Shift into 3rd gear and 4th gear, let out at 100mph. I have the AEM UEGO datalog wire placed in the ELD pin on the ECU so that I can try to have the ECU see the air fuel ratios as well. I see a space where as soon as I put my foot back on the gas at WOT that the ELD (wideband) is showing lean at 4.39V before it dips back down into the 1V range, I was thinking that maybe there would be my problem possibly??

You made me go out and check that. I thought I had them gapped down to about .020" but I pulled them out and the gap was way larger. Probably around .035-.037". I'm going to fix that issue first! I'm going to take them down to .025-.027" and see how it runs.
