D16z6 Turbo 950CC Calibration first attempt

I am new to Honda tuning, but have been tuning v8s for some time now. This is my first attempt at tuning this car and I was wondering if anyone could look over my file and provide any feedback. I am not looking for exact numbers, but a hey this looks weird or this thing sucks. The largest issues I am having is that the timing seems really high. With this current tune it pushed 17lbs boost. I had it much lower, and have been slowly working in additional timing because whenever it would start producing boost (about 4000 rpm), it wanted to break up and miss and pop. When adding timing it has brought this from about 4ooo rpm to aver 6500, but it still wants to. So far, the fuel is holding pretty steady at .78 Lambda (11.5 gasoline AFR).

Precision 76mm turbo
950 cc injectors
Header
E-85 fuel
boost by gear is not currently set up
Please feel free to pick it apart as that is how I learn best. I am constantly learning and adjusting.
