stock gsr full bolt ons

I'm new to tuning and hondata and in need of a lil help, I have a stock gsr type r rep mani, plm 4 to 1 headers, aem tru cia, 2.5 open pipe, walboro 255, dsm 450cc, when the car is idling my wideband is at 15.4(lean) but when I hit it WB goes all the way to 11.1/10.8(dumb rich) and the black smoke starts to roll smh any suggestions or calibrations are greatly appreciated

You should get this properly tuned on the dyno.

Give my tune a try. Just change the injectors (fuel trim/offset). Should get you to a dyno.
