MIL light on decel intermittent

My MIL comes on during fuel cut on decel, the code is 02 sensor high/low voltage. Its a brand new 02 but tested it anyways and it checks out. None of the connectors are corroded and there is 0 resistance back to the terminal connector for the ecu. It dosent happen all the time either. Should i take it back to get re-tuned? It dosent seem to affect the operation at all either. The light comes on but A/F ratios are what they should be and so is the 02 input. any ideas?

You need to find out what version of software it was tuned with.

It was written with rom v4 then converted to 3 for burning it. hope that helps

If it was tuned with Romeditor 4 then you need to burn it as a Romeditor version 4 rom and not convert it and try to use it in the older Romeditor 3 software.
