My car startsfine, idles fine, and drives fine up to 4000 rpms and will not enter boost. There is continuity thru the hondata interface cable. what exactly goes bad in the box? something that csn be fixed? resister?

What is the serial number of the s200? Was this tuned with Romeditor 3 or Romeditor 4? Is the light on the interface box flashing or solid?
