s200 hondata for burning chip

Post by bseriesluver »

i have s200, and i have updated with the cable. i have not install s200 on the my car yet. i have not tune my car yet, but i have socket everything in my ecu p28. ok i opened the base map with romeditor 4 and i go to save as and save file as bin file then i used burn1 chip programmer and burned the basemap down. after that i use the eprom chip plug in the ecu, the car start fine but i cant rev up to 5k rpm. so will you let me know y is that, and do i have to hook the s200 blue box along with ecu or not?
note: i thought that i just burn the chip and plug and play as crome did.
thank you

If you have not purchased Romeditor 4 then you cannot save or burn files. I would highly recommend just upgrading to the s300 if you wish to tune yourself, as it will be easier and cheaper and has more features.
