S300 ,AC running all the time

Post by MrLHT »

I have tried 2 OBD harness's and My S200. With the S300 the Compressor runs all the time, I can see under " Sensors" the AC request turns on and off, But it still runs. It only does it with my S300.
Is there any thing I'm missing ?

Please, post the calibration and a datalog of the problem. Check SManager is up to date and that no nitrous outputs are using the AC clutch. Unplug the AC clutch until you fix this problem as running the AC compression all the time is not good.

I checked to make sure i have the latest version , both NOS are disabled .
When ever the Compressor is plugged in with key on it engages.
What else can I try?

The datalog shows the ECU switching the AC as per normal. I suspect that the AC output transitor may be damaged, and stuck on the whole time. You can either try with another ECU, or send the ECU here and we can test it.
