d10 not picking up wideband voltage

Post by 90cdnIntegra »

hey everyone (hopefully spunkster)!
ive been having a problem with my hondata or wideband, everything has worked perfectly for months.
but I have suddenly gotten a problem where my wideband eld voltage goes to 0.215 and stays there and will not move, it shows the afr at 18.35!
it will randomly start working as it should so it made be believe there was something wiring related, after reading countless forums, triple checking my wiring and soldering! I have came up stumped. ive disconnected my afr gauge to see if something could have been wrong in the pins and the voltage going to eld starts to work its way to 1.5 volts and holds there. once afr gauge plugged back in it jumps back to 0.215 volts.
if anyone has experienced this before let me know.
full detailed set up:
hondata s300 v3 in p72 ecu
aem uego wired to d10 pin with resistors cut out and good clean connections!

Is the wiring for the ELD still connected to the ELD or did you cut this wire?

Using a multimeter, what is the voltage that is on the wideband output?

It is fully cut, never was one from factory it’s off the jumper harness. I’ve gone through all the wiring to find nothing! I have actually contacted aem to see if it’s a possible gauge problem but I’m still getting proper voltage when it does work! I need to still check white wire from gauge with multimeter. Is there a way to delay the eld from looking for input from guage?

In the closed loop tab there is a delay you can set after engine start.

I had a similar issue happen while tuning my friend's B18c.

Anytime I made a change on the map it didn't matter because it would
constantly say 11.0 on the Wideband.

I just restarted the car a few times & tried uploading the same map again.

Idk if it was a random glitch but it ended up going away & acting normal
after a few reuploads.

It was also like almost 100 Degrees when this happened. Not sure if that
was any contribution to the issue.
